Join Camilla Walker and Molly-Anne Chinner for 2026’s first Mantra and Melody session

Join Camilla Walker and Molly-Anne Chinner for 2026’s first Mantra and Melody session.

Featuring guided chanting, live musical accompaniment on a variety of instruments, and a cosy, down-to-earth sense of connection and community – we can’t wait to welcome you!

Chanting is an incredibly powerful way to access deeply calming – and uplifting – states of being. There is absolutely no singing background required: this is not about ‘how you sound’ but about experiencing the magic chanting has to offer – mind, body and spirit.

As an ancient practice, chanting belongs to many different cultures, and it has now been proven to have a profoundly balancing influence on the nervous system, brain chemistry and stress hormone modulation.

Chanting naturally boosts serotonin and dopamine and releases endorphins, increases vagal tone and lowers cortisol, and increases alpha and theta brain waves, which are associated with states of relaxation and deep meditation.

So if you are looking for a Winter boost, this might just be it!

Mantra and Melody draws strongly from Bhakti yoga and the rich Kirtan traditions of India, but chants will also include English lyrics and influences from Europe as a reflection of who we are as local devotional musicians.

We can’t wait to welcome you!
With love,

Camilla and Molly-Anne.
